Local Family TV Launches its UK Family Information Tour in Birmingham

On 26th November 2011 we had our first UK and Ireland Family Information Tour event at Carrs Lane Church Centre, Birmingham. The tour brings brought together the recommended products and services carried out by world experts in family-friendly issues, Sofia-Chezene Theophilou who is also the creator and founder of London Family TV and Local Family TV. He said “The importance of this tour to show families in different places how their lives can be enriched and these products and services do just that.”

An Education Zone and a Kids            and Youth Zone was provided

A father of two who attended the event was thrilled with the concept as describing it as ‘fantastic’ and ‘superb’. He goes on to state that ‘Families are such a undervalued commodity, and takes many different forms...but supporting a family and being there for them is fantastic.’ LFTV was grateful to receive valuable information to display from Birmingham Family Information Centre. Our partner for the tour is Deaf Parenting UK and we also partnered with Race on Line to get everyone on line too.

Other Highlights of the event included; Parents playing and dancing with their children on Xbox Dance Central, an exhibition of Letterland products the best phonics teaching method, an, health zone to include natural treatment remedy called Collodial Silver, an out and about featuring local facilities in the area, an advice zone where we were on hand to give advice and presenters audition looking for a Local Family TV presenter to present in Birmingham.
